Pembrokeshire’s Cleddau Warriors played host to the South Wales disability league recently.
Twenty two teams from across south Wales played a series of football matches at Fishguard Leisure Centre.
Players competed in under 12, under 16 Premiership, under 16 Championship, over 16 Premiership and over 16 Championship matches.
The results will now be collated by the FAW Trust and a league table drawn up.
Games were refereed by Bernie Armstrong, Huw Bevan, Delwyn Lewis, Steve Brown, Jack Sullivan and Huw George.
Angela Miles, Disability Sport Development Officer for Pembrokeshire said although it was only the second year of the league’s existence, the level of football was improving greatly.
“The Warriors put in teams for the Under 12,s Under 16’s Championship and the Over 16s Premiership and Championship categories and although they lost more matches than they won they thoroughly enjoyed themselves and were proud to host the event,” she said.
